Ship Policy

If I place an order today, when will it arrive? The specific time varies depending on the product. Customized souvenirs usually take up to two weeks to make. For items in our inventory that are not customized, we provide DHL service and standard shipping services to all customers.

Please note that all orders placed after 18:00 Central Standard Time (CST) in the United States may not be shipped until the next business day. 

All orders will be shipped by USPS, DHL, Fedex or 4PX. The above couriers usually do not arrange delivery on weekends. If you need delivery, special arrangements are required and additional fees will be paid. If you have this need, please contact online support for negotiation. 

Free shipping (if applicable) is only available for customers in Europe and the United States (excluding island cities/countries) For eligible products. 

Orders received before noon (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day. In the shopping cart, click “Estimate Shipping and Taxes” and enter your state and zip code. 

The delivery date provided when selecting the Free UPS/4PX Ground option is an estimate and is not guaranteed, but typically the shipment will arrive on the estimated date. 

Overnight and 2nd Day Air Shipping Note: In rare cases, couriers are sometimes unable to deliver on the promised date. If the delay is due to weather, the courier will not refund the shipping fee and we are unable to provide a refund to the customer. This most often occurs during hurricane season and the winter months.
